Round Tables: video conferencing support

We kindly ask convenors to use the Johannes Gutenberg University's own video conferencing platform to share their Round Table with the digital audience.

The software is called Big Blue Button. It works very much like Zoom or Google Meet.

To start a virtual meeting, convenors/moderators require a password. Participants do not need to enter a password, but convenors need to allow them to enter the (virtual) room. Convenors can ask for the moderator password at the conference office.

The technical support team would also be very happy to help you set up the Big Blue Button meeting. You can get in touch in the conference office.
